No. Sign up with your email address and trade, and you'll receive your first digest the following Monday. We'll ask for payment details before your trial ends — but not before.
Your 7-day trial starts the moment you sign up. Digests go out every Monday at 7am, so depending on when you sign up, you'll receive 1 or 2 digests during your trial before we ask for payment.
Email hello@leadsthisweek.co.uk and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. No notice period, no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Yes. Email us and we'll update your trade filter. If you work across multiple trades (e.g. general builder and kitchen fitter), we can set up multi-trade filtering at no extra cost.
It varies by trade and week. Edinburgh typically generates 80–150 new planning applications per week plus building warrants and tenders. After trade filtering, most subscribers see 5–25 relevant leads per digest. Some weeks are busier than others — council activity follows its own rhythm.
Email us. We can refine your trade filter, adjust the relevance threshold, or if the product genuinely isn't working for your trade, we'll refund your last payment. We'd rather tell you honestly that it's not right for you than take your money every month.
For now, yes. We cover Edinburgh city and surrounding areas (Leith, Portobello, Midlothian). We're building out to cover the rest of Scotland — sign up and you'll get early access when new areas launch.
If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and haven't found the service useful, we'll refund that month — no argument. Our full refund policy is in the Terms of Service.
