Leads This Week is a subscription service that delivers a weekly email digest of Edinburgh construction leads to tradespeople. Leads are sourced from publicly available records including Edinburgh City Council planning applications, building warrant registers, and Public Contracts Scotland tender notices.
The service is operated by Braw House Ltd, registered in Scotland. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for legitimate business purposes. The service is intended for tradespeople and construction professionals operating in the Edinburgh area.
Access to Leads This Week requires a paid subscription of £15 per month, billed monthly. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial before the first payment is taken.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel, log in to your account or email hello@leadsthisweek.co.uk.
On cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing period, except where required by law.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@leadsthisweek.co.uk and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
Leads This Week provides information sourced from public registers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure leads are accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that:
The leads are informational only. Any business relationship you form with a homeowner or client is entirely between you and them. Leads This Week is not a party to any transaction arising from a lead.

Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
The Leads This Week platform, branding, and software are owned by Braw House Ltd. The underlying lead data originates from public sources and remains subject to any applicable open data licences.
You are permitted to use lead information for your own business purposes but not to create a competing service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braw House Ltd is not liable for any loss of income, loss of business, or indirect damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
Our total liability to you in any calendar month will not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We aim to deliver the weekly digest every Monday morning. Occasionally, scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause delays. We will communicate any significant disruption by email.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
